Frequently asked questions

Most orders take 1–3 days. Small items like keychains or fidgets are usually ready the same day or next day. Bigger prints take 2–3 days. If a print takes 4+ hours, the listing will say "Allow 2–3 days."

For now I'm only taking orders for items in my catalog — these are ones I've already tested and know print well. If you have a specific request, contact me and I'll see if I can add it.

I deliver by bike or on foot to nearby addresses in Henrietta. I can also arrange school pickup if we're at the same school. I'll reach out to schedule once your order is paid and printed.

I quality-check every print before delivery. If something arrives broken or looks wrong, let me know within 3 days and I'll reprint it for free.

Right now I stock: Black, White, Gray, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Glow in the Dark (that one's +$1). Not all colors are available for every model — each listing shows which colors I can do.

Send payment via Venmo to @AlexPrintLab after placing your order. I'll start printing once payment comes through. I don't start printing until I see the payment — that way neither of us wastes time.

Since every print is made to order, I don't do returns. But if there's a quality issue I'll always fix it — see the defects question above.
